Senior Field Recruiter - Last Mile Operations (Logistics) Mysuru

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Field Recruiter to join our dynamic Last Mile Operations team in Mysuru. In this critical role, you will be on the front lines, responsible for strategically sourcing, attracting, and onboarding a high volume of qualified talent for our last-mile network. This includes delivery executives, hub support staff. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Field Sourcing & Outreach: End-to-End Candidate Management: Operational Partnership & Reporting: Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 5+ years of dedicated experience in field recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Mandatory: Proven experience in high-volume, blue-collar, or gig-economy recruitment, specifically within the logistics, e-commerce last-mile, transportation, or delivery sector. Strong understanding of last-mile operations, including driver/delivery executive ecosystems, hub processes, and the importance of timely deliveries. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals and community stakeholders. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively within Mysuru and nearby regions for on-ground recruitment activities. Fluency in Kannada and English is essential. Knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
