Senior Service Engineer - MRI

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 

Experience Required: 3–6 Years in MRI Machine Servicing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Service Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting MRI machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance, providing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting clinical teams with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission MRI machines at client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality checks, and safety testing as per OEM and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues related to MRI systems (hardware, software, and mechanical).
• Ensure uptime and reliability of MRI equipment by providing timely service support.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to radiology/clinical staff on basic operation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for spare parts procurement and escalated issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards during service activities.
• Stay updated with the latest MRI technology advancements and service methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
2. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in MRI machine installation, maintenance, and repair.
3. Strong knowledge of MRI physics, system components, and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Experience with OEM MRI systems such as Siemens, GE, Philips, or Toshiba (preferred).
5. Good understanding of regulatory requirements (safety and compliance).
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Willingness to travel for on-site service support.
