About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, knowledge of the latest fashion trends, and the ability to convert concepts into marketable designs. You will lead the design process, oversee junior designers, and work closely with the production and marketing teams to deliver high-quality collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and trend-forward fashion designs aligned with brand vision.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and CAD designs for new collections.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
• Oversee pattern-making, sampling, and fitting sessions.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns.
• Collaborate with production to ensure timely execution of designs.
• Research global fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor collections.
• Work with the marketing team to align designs with seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure cost-effective designs without compromising quality.
• Present collections to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in fashion designing (preferably in the apparel/garment industry).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical skills.
• Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO3D preferred).
• Excellent understanding of fabrics, cuts, and garment construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
