Job Description:-

As a Senior Fashion Consultant for at Torani, you will play a crucial role in providing expert fashion advice to clients, particularly brides , bridesmaid and their families, ensuring they select the perfect attire for their special day. Your responsibilities will include staying updated with current fashion trends, delivering personalized styling consultations, offering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the products.

Your primary duty will involve engaging with clients on a regular basis to assist them in achieving their desired bridal look. You will be based in Delhi and Noida branch and report to the Boutique Manager or Retail Head. The role demands a salary range of 40k - 60k and requires your presence at the physical location.

Your core responsibilities will revolve around conducting one-on-one bridal consultations, providing tailored styling recommendations, coordinating outfit pairings and accessories based on individual preferences and cultural traditions. You will be responsible for managing both walk-in and pre-scheduled appointments with precision and empathy.

Having a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in bridal or couture segments, is essential for this role. A deep understanding of Indian bridal fashion, including fabrics like banarasi, chanderi, gota, and zardozi, is also required. Your keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi, along with additional regional languages, will be advantageous.

Your role will involve guiding clients through trousseau selections for various functions such as roka, mehendi, sangeet, wedding, and reception. You will collaborate closely with the in-house design and production teams to ensure timely custom orders and deliveries. Additionally, maintaining long-term client relationships, assisting in store presentation, supporting team training, and meeting monthly sales targets are vital aspects of this position.
