In this role, you will guide customers to express their individuality through fashion, inspire them with the latest trends, and help them feel their best every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling solutions
• Stay updated with current trends and share insights to inspire customers
• Maintain an appealing and organized store environment
• Drive sales and achieve set targets through customer-focused service
• Mentor junior staff and encourage a positive, growth-oriented team culture
• Manage inventory and ensure the store reflects the EMERGE brand image

Experience Required:
1 – 3 years in fashion retail, with strong customer interaction skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Fashion retail: 3 years (Required)
