Role Overview: We are looking for a Fashion Consultant who is passionate about fashion, customer engagement, and sales. This role requires a mix of styling expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Customer Handling & Sales Process: Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer queries, and assist with purchases. 2. Sales: Drive sales by recommending outfits and styling options tailored to client preferences. 3. Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate with management on reorders. 4. Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product availability. 5. Loss Prevention: Ensure store security and prevent theft. 6. Merchandising: Set up visual displays, arrange merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing. 7. Customer Complaints: Handle queries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. 8. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management. 9. Training: Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. 10. Fashion Knowledge: Provide styling advice based on current trends, fabrics, and client needs. 11. Store Display & Setup: Ensure racks, mannequins, and key displays reflect the brand’s aesthetic. 12. Social Media Coordination: Work with the marketing team/agency to align in-store activities with social media campaigns. 13. After-Sales Service: Handle fittings, alterations, and customer follow-ups through Instagram, WhatsApp, and store calls. 14. Assistant Merchandising: Support designers with merchandising tasks. 15. Handling Pressure: Maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations and focus on genuine sales. 16. Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (preferred). 17. Store Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (with flexibility up to 8:30 PM when required). 18. Residence Preference: Candidates living within 5 km of jubilee hills will be preferred. --- Requirements Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused mindset. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory). Strong PR, communication, and oratory skills. Fashion background or basic fashion knowledge. Prior experience in visual merchandising and social media coordination. Ability to multitask and manage store operations efficiently. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A passion for fashion and commitment to delivering a luxury shopping experience.
