YouTube Channel Manager – Fashion Content (Full-Time)

Location: JUBILEE Hills, Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and confident YouTube Channel Manager to manage the channel end-to-end — including content planning, presenting on camera, shooting, editing, uploading, and growing the channel.

The role involves showcasing women’s fashion, styling ideas, try-ons, and creating engaging fashion-based videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & On-Camera Presentation

• Present and speak confidently on camera for fashion videos, YouTube episodes, styling segments, and try-ons.
• Demonstrate and showcase women’s fashion outfits, draping styles, and styling tips in front of the camera.
• Create vlog-style content, walk-throughs, behind-the-scenes videos, and collection highlights.

2. YouTube Channel Management

• Manage uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and scheduling.
• Maintain a regular weekly posting calendar.
• Optimize videos based on YouTube SEO and trends.

3. Repurposing Existing Content

• Convert Instagram/Reels content into YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
• Edit videos to improve engagement and quality.

4. Creative Strategy & Ideas

• Develop fresh, fun, and fashion-forward concepts for YouTube.
• Create content around styling, new arrivals, bridal looks, festive outfits, etc.

5. Basic Video Editing & Design

• Edit videos (cutting, trimming, adding text, transitions).
• Create simple, clean thumbnails using basic graphic design tools.

6. Growth & Analytics

• Monitor analytics, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Implement strategies to increase reach, subscribers, and watch time.

7. Coordination

• Coordinate shoots inside the store.
• Capture spontaneous content and convert it into short videos.

Requirements

• Confident speaking in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
• Must be presentable on camera, well-spoken, and comfortable making videos.
• Should be able to model, demonstrate, and showcase women’s fashion outfits as part of the content creation process. (This ensures the right gender applies without violating Indeed rules.)
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and women’s clothing.
• Basic video editing skills (phone or laptop).
• Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas.
• Organized, consistent, and able to follow a content schedule.
• Experience in YouTube, vlogging, or social media content creation (preferred).
