Job Description

As a Senior Facility Executive at Work Dynamics, your primary responsibility will be to prioritize the facilities needs and oversee the property's day-to-day operations in collaboration with the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager. You will ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are well-covered. Your continuous focus on process improvement will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the propertys supplies to ensure adequate stocks and materials for smooth operations - Oversee supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans to mitigate risks - Monitor the propertys budget, maintain petty cash, and ensure compliance of vendor invoice processes with standards In your role, exceeding client satisfaction expectations is essential. You will proactively address challenging issues, identify opportunities for operational enhancements, and collaborate closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and service level agreements. Conducting routine service audits and preparing various reports for clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Degree in business or hotel and building management - 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - Strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety - Proficiency in client-centric operations You must possess a solid background in team management, with demonstrated leadership abilities, experience in implementing improvement plans effectively, and exceptional communication and reporting skills.
