  – Monitoring pest control activities as per the schedule and follow up for Ad-hoc service.

• Transport

  - Coordinating for internal cab requirement for employees, special events and client visits

• Courier Management

  – Monitoring incoming and outgoing couriers. Coordinate for IT asset recovery. Sending Office assets to new hires

• Event Management

  – Welcome board, Meeting room arrangements, client airport pick and drop, coordinate for hotel bookings

• Vendor Management –

  Sourcing quotations, Housekeeping staff grooming, SLA adherence, BGV filing, Internal training, Vendor performance

• Cross functional support

  (IT Dept, Finance and HR)

• Reports and Documentations

  – Daily activity, Snag report, Consumable tracker, Courier report, asset recovery report, Invoice tracker, PO tracker

• EHS

  – Taking facilities rounds and closing all EHS related points. Incident reporting

• Minor Project

  – Execution of project activity, vendor coordination, task monitoring

• Covid Protocol

  – Ensuring all the protocols are adhered like social distancing, disinfecting, temperature monitoring.
