Job Description

Hiring for a leading Global Energy Solutions MNC.

Mandatory Requirement: CA Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

Research and document new accounting standards and complex accounting issues in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
Analyze and support accounting treatments for new transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory changes.
Prepare detailed technical accounting memos and workpapers for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist in drafting and reviewing quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
Monitor and communicate new and upcoming accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on financial reporting.
Support the implementation of new technical accounting standards by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Assist in international statutory reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and local reporting standards.
Participate in ad hoc technical accounting and reporting projects as required.
