Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving patient footfall, promoting hospital services, building referral networks with doctors/clinics, and ensuring revenue growth through targeted sales strategies.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and insurance companies.
  • Achieve patient acquisition and revenue targets through outbound sales strategies.
  • Visit general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, Diagnostics, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Organize medical camps, health check-up drives, and outreach programs.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Maintain CRM data and daily visit reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare/pharmaceutical sales.
  • Negotiation and networking abilities
  • Knowledge of local healthcare ecosystem
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
