Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment (Core Focus)

  • Manage

    complete recruitment lifecycle

    for lateral and limited campus hiring across corporate, branch, and site-level roles. Handle hiring for key DOOH roles including

    Sales (Direct & Agency), Client Servicing, Media Planning, Operations, Project Management, Finance, HR, Tech, and Strategy

    . Drive

    timely closures

    while maintaining quality, cultural fit, and cost efficiency.

2) DOOH & Media-Specific Talent Sourcing

  • Source talent through

    LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, industry references, media networks, and employee referrals

    . Conduct

    talent mapping

    for competitors in OOH/DOOH, media agencies, real estate-led media, infra companies, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain a

    ready talent pipeline

    for recurring sales and operations roles.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with

    Business Heads, Sales Leaders, Branch Heads, and Functional Leaders

    to understand manpower needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear job mandates and hiring strategies.
  • Advise stakeholders on

    market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility

    within media & DOOH ecosystems.

High-Volume & Critical Hiring

  • Support

    rapid expansion hiring

    across multiple cities and branches.
  • Manage

    bulk hiring

    for sales and operations during expansion or new city launches.
  • Independently handle

    critical and leadership support roles

    with confidentiality.

5). Recruitment Operations & MIS

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS for management reporting.
  • Track

    TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios

    .

Key Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    Media, OOH, and DOOH hiring requirements

  • Expertise in

    end-to-end recruitment and talent mapping

  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals

  • Offer negotiation and stakeholder expectation management

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • High ownership, execution focus, and attention to detail
  • Professional maturity to manage senior stakeholders

Educational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

    or equivalent
  • Media or industry-specific exposure preferred
