Greetings of the day, We are urgently hiring for the role of Senior Executive, Location-Govandi,Mumbai Required Experience-2 to 6 Years Experience into Customer Support Job description- 1. Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, and social media platforms. 2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, refunds, or product quality. 3. Coordinate with production, logistics, retail, and finance teams for smooth resolution of customer concerns. 4. Track and report customer service KPIs (TAT, CSAT, complaint resolution rate, etc.). 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement. 6. Identify recurring issues and recommend process enhancements to improve customer experience. 7. Support the implementation of CRM tools and customer engagement initiatives. 8. Train and guide junior customer service associates as needed. 9. Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and brand values during all interactions.
