Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms and job boards. Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience. Negotiate offers and close candidates in alignment with compensation structures. Maintain and update trackers and prepare recruitment reports. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
