Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Recruiter located in Chennai. The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for various executive-level positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and maintaining recruitment databases. The Senior Executive Recruiter will also be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment and executive search Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using recruitment software and maintaining recruitment databases Experience in the technology or management sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory required
