Senior Executive

Role Overview: As an Instrumentation Engineer, your main responsibility will be to take rounds in the plant to check instruments for proper working. If you notice any abnormalities, you are required to report them to the Head of Department. In addition, you will be in charge of carrying out instrument preventive maintenance and calibration as per the schedule. Reporting any unsafe or abnormal conditions in the plant to the department head will also be part of your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out shutdown, breakdown, preventive, in-house, and external calibration. - Maintain safety interlocks and controlling instruments in working condition. - Maintain a daily log book and complete the assigned work. - Conduct rounds in the plant to inspect the instruments and record observations in the daily report book. - Properly handle and maintain the master instruments. - Ensure 100% safety to achieve zero accidents. - Possess knowledge of PLC/DCS/Scada System. - Be familiar with the designing of instruments. - Assist in the commissioning of equipment. - Execute project activities. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field. - Previous experience in instrument maintenance and calibration. - Knowledge of PLC/DCS/Scada systems. - Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. - Certification in instrument calibration will be an added advantage.,
