Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on Experience) + Incentives

Role Overview:

KAC Ventures is looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Executive – BPO Operations to support and coordinate telecalling teams working on projects for leading telecommunication companies like Etisalat. The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO sales or customer operations, with strong communication and target-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination:
• Support daily operations of telecalling teams and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in monitoring performance and motivating team members to meet goals.
• Target Achievement:
• Contribute to achieving sales and marketing targets within defined timelines.
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistent performance improvement.
• Training & Communication:
• Participate in team huddles, share updates, and promote a positive work culture.
• Provide guidance on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
• Operations & Reporting:
• Handle day-to-day coordination and assist in report preparation.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.
• Customer Focus:
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience through effective communication and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, customer service, or BPO operations (telecom preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools preferred.
• Fluency in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
