Role Description

The Senior Executive Trainer is an on-site, full-time role based in Sholinganallur. In this position, you will deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees, fostering skill development and professional growth. Responsibilities include creating training materials, evaluating employee performance, and identifying skill gaps to tailor training initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of training programs with organizational goals and standards. Additionally, monitoring training outcomes and providing actionable feedback will form an important part of your day-to-day activities to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in delivering effective training, strong presentation, and facilitation skills
• Capability to develop training materials, assess employee performance, and identify skill gaps
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants effectively
• Ability to use tools and technology to deliver and optimize training sessions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to monitor outcomes and recommend improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience in corporate training, especially in the food or facility management industry, is a plus
• A learning mindset with a focus on achieving organizational and individual growth
