Youll collaborate with internal teams across production, sales, and R&D to provide timely, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for our global supply chain. Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and manage vendor quotations and purchase orders. Track deliveries and maintain purchase records, price lists, and vendor dashboards. Handle import/export documentation and logistics coordination as needed. Prepare cost sheets, benchmark prices, and communicate with the Sales teaM Assess product feasibility and coordinate technical confirmations with vendors. Create and update Technical Data Sheets, brochures, and collateral materials. Oversee product sample inventory, logistics, and feedback tracking. Update data in ERP/CRM (Zoho preferred) and generate procurement performance reports. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Marketing, and R&D for procurement and new product development.
