Position Title:

Role Overview

The role supports the design, coordination, and execution of key Talent and Capability initiatives across Berger Paints. The incumbent will partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to enable learning effectiveness, talent pipeline readiness, and employee engagement through structured programs and digital interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Talent Management initiatives including Talent Pool identification, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Succession Planning.
  • Coordinate competency assessments for Key, Young, and Managerial Talent groups; maintain one-page talent profiles with assessment insights and targeted development actions.
  • Build and validate succession slates with readiness levels for critical and identified roles.
  • Track IDP progress and curate structured learning journeys aligned with the capability framework.
  • Develop dashboards and automate reporting for IDP completions and Succession Coverage.
  • Manage vendor partners for content design, validation, rollout and completion of digital learning modules.
  • Act as the central SPOC to partner with Depot Managers and Regional Heads to identify Region/Depot-level capability needs and define the annual Sales Training Agenda.
  • Centrally manage, track, and publish the monthly/quarterly Sales Training Calendar delivered by Regional Training Leads, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Anchor the MARC (Market Acumen Readiness Certification) and other structured capability programs by ensuring consistency in rollout, monitoring progress, and publishing consolidated performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate functional, promotion, and Gurukul capability assessments to measure skill readiness.
  • Support design and execution of Recognition & Rewards (R&R) interventions at regional and functional levels.
  • Prepare periodic dashboards and presentations on program progress and business impact.

  • Experience in digital learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning / LMS)
