Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition

1. Recruitment Coordination (Support Functions)

• Manage end-to-end hiring support for Support Functions (Admin, IT, Fice, HR, Legal, QA, etc.).
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support in sourcing profiles for junior and mid-level roles as required.
• Ensure smooth closure of positions by completing all documentation and status updates.

2. ORC Workflow Management

• Manage requisition workflows in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Ensure job postings, requisition approvals, and candidate stages are updated accurately.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and TA leads for timely movement of requisitions.
• Prepare reports and trackers from ORC for MIS and recruitment dashboards.

3. New Joiner Documentation Billing

• Collect, verify, and maintain new joiner documents (KYC, qualification, experience proofs, etc.).
• Coordinate with candidates for timely submission of pre-joining documents.
• Manage vendor bills related to recruitment (consultants, assessments, onboarding kits, etc.).
• Track billing status and ensure timely processing with Fice.

4. Onboarding Support

• Coordinate pre-onboarding communication and joining day activities.
• Prepare new joiner packs, IT Admin requests, and induction schedules.
• Partner with HR Ops to ensure smooth joining formalities.
