Senior Executive - Social Media

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• This is a client-facing role, which involves daily interactions with clients.
• Work on curating campaign specific calendars
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content
• Ensuring consistency of all content with the brand's messaging and values
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media
• Travel is necessary for client meetings, projects, and other business purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related discipline
• 3-4 years of experience, within an advertising or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).
• Experience in creating content for sports is an important advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Action and goal-oriented
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under a goal-orientedtight deadline
