Senior Executive - Social Media

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute

  end-to-end social media strategies

  across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and monitor

  digital marketing campaigns

  including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and paid promotions.
• Conceptualize and oversee the creation of

  creative content, digital ads, and promotional materials

  aligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate with

  designers, agencies, and vendors

  for timely delivery of creatives, campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
• Strategize and implement

  brand-building initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and digital partnerships

  .
• Track, analyze, and present

  performance metrics, ROI, and digital growth reports

  to management.
• Stay updated on

  emerging digital trends, platforms, and tools

  to ensure innovative marketing approaches.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in executing social media and digital activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Marketing.
• 78 years of experience in

  social media management, digital marketing, and brand promotions

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SEO, SEM, paid ads, analytics tools, and digital campaign management

  .
• Creative thinker with excellent communication, project management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
