Content Creation & Curation

• Craft engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored to each platform
• Source or design visuals that align with the brand voice

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts consistently

Community Engagement

• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions
• Build relationships with followers and nurture online communities

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Share actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates
• Propose fresh ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve

Influencer Collaboration

• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates
• Track influencer campaigns and measure their impact

Ad Management (Optional)

• Assist in setting up and optimizing paid social media ads
• Monitor ad performance to achieve KPIs
