Junior Executive - Client Servicing

As a Junior Executive - Client Servicing at Digital Banjara Media Pvt. Ltd., you will be a part of the client servciing team and support the client in executing high-quality creative projects for a global clientele. You will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the client servicing team and manage designated client accounts.
• Day-to-day project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Communicate client briefs and updates to internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Assist with quality checks on deliverables to maintain high standards before they are shared with clients.
• Aid in preparing project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Ensure prompt responsiveness to client requests and internal queries, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to keep projects on track and resolve minor project-related issues.
• Ensuring high attention to detail.
• Provide general administrative support to the client servicing team, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a client servicing or support role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).
• Excellent cor Job Preview skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Knowledge of design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business purposes.
