Job Objective

Primary Responsibilities

  • Property Resale & Rental Management:

    Strategically manage the full cycle of resale and rental transactions, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Proactively handle client inquiries and cultivate long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers to deliver exceptional service and ensure repeat business.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Advisory:

    Conduct detailed market research to analyse local property trends, develop competitive pricing strategies, and provide data-backed guidance to clients for effective property positioning.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closure:

    Lead negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to close deals that align with client goals, while ensuring fairness and legal soundness in all agreements.
  • CRM & Platform Utilization:

    Use CRM tools to manage leads, client interactions, and documentation efficiently. Optimize property exposure through online listing platforms and real estate portals.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Supervise and mentor a small sales team, setting clear goals and fostering accountability. Collaborate with legal, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of Rent and resale and lease contract documents and specifications
