As a Senior Executive-Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to boost store profits. You will greet and engage customers, direct them to products, and influence their buying decisions. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting remote selling activities to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling to minimize aged stock while ensuring customer satisfaction - Cross selling to HNI Customers across all product categories - Handling customer queries, complaints, and providing excellent customer service - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details for database maintenance - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in schemes - Coordinating customer orders and ensuring on-time delivery - Maintaining stock count, transferring stock to the locker, and reporting sold stock for inventory management - Executing visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring safety of displayed jewellery, and supporting marketing initiatives - Adhering to grooming standards, following SOPs, and submitting sales reports to Senior Management - Acquiring knowledge in all store sections, self-development, and identifying training needs for self Qualifications Required: - Graduation - 4 to 5 years of experience Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India Salary: As per industry standard (INR),
