Senior Executive-Sales & Services

You will be responsible for understanding sales techniques by observing sales staff, acquiring product knowledge, and supporting to complete the sales transaction. Your main focus will be on achieving the individual sales target and greeting customers in a welcoming manner. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and acquire product knowledge to effectively sell. It is important to build awareness of the products and services provided by competitors and report the latest market trends to your superiors. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring a proper and attractive display of products, counting and tallying stock daily, and generating customer leads to increase footfall. You will also assist in below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities.
