Senior Executive- Sales & Services

As a Sales and Customer Executive at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves achieving individual sales targets and executing strategies to enhance store profit. You will greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and direct them to products while influencing their buying decisions. Your responsibilities also include engaging in suggestive selling, conducting remote selling activities, and performing priority selling to minimize aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve individual sales targets and execute company strategies - Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs - Direct customers to products and influence buying decisions - Engage in suggestive selling and conduct remote selling activities - Perform priority selling to minimize aged stock - Cross sell and cross promote to HNI Customers - Handle customer queries and complaints effectively - Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on product details - Pack products securely for online orders - Handle customer returns and old gold exchange - Gather feedback from customers and share with management - Ensure accurate entry of customer details and product information - Check for accuracy of product details and invoices In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also: - Inform customers about special offers and enroll them in schemes - Coordinate customer orders with SCM/MBMG for timely delivery - Count and tally stock daily, transfer stock to the locker, and report sold stock - Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain product display - Generate customer leads and increase footfall - Assist in event management and product exhibitions - Stay updated on market trends and competitor products - Adhere to company grooming standards and SOPs - Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management - Acquire knowledge in various store sections and seek self-development opportunities - Identify training needs and complete mandatory programs/certifications Malabar Gold & Diamonds is committed to providing a high level of customer service and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct.
