Job Description

As a Senior Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing company strategies to enhance store profit - Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to products - Engaging customers through suggestive selling and building their confidence - Conducting remote selling activities like sales through video calls to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling for aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction - Cross selling and promoting all product categories to HNI customers - Handling customer queries and complaints effectively - Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on product details and benefits - Ensuring secure packaging of products for online orders in front of CCTV camera - Handling customer returns and old gold exchanges with quality checks - Collecting feedback from customers and sharing it with the Manager for business improvement - Accurately entering customer details after purchase to maintain a customer database - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy post-sale You will also be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes - Coordinating customer order placement with SCM/MBMG for on-time delivery - Counting and tallying stock daily, transferring stock to the locker, and reporting sold stock to maintain inventory - Executing visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product display quality - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and supporting in-store events and exhibitions - Building awareness of competitor products, staying updated on market trends, and assisting in BTL marketing - Adhering to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices - Preparing and submitting sales data reports to Senior Management - Acquiring knowledge in billing, cash handling, OMS, and packing sections - Continuously seeking self-development opportunities and completing mandatory training programs Qualifications required for this role include Graduation or HSC, with 6 to 8 years of experience.
