Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase residential sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to drive growth in commercial real estate projects.
  • Identify high net worth individuals (HNIs) as potential clients and develop tailored solutions for their needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in luxury sales, residential sales, real estate sales, commercial sales, HNI sales, B2C sales, or direct sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels.
