Your role as a Sales Executive involves building strong relationships with Branch Managers and Team members in the Assigned Branches to generate leads and maximize revenue for BSLI. Here are your key responsibilities: - Build and maintain good relationships with Branch Managers and Team members to generate leads and achieve maximum closure - Ensure effective conversion of leads provided - Continuously interact with channel partners - Supervise and coordinate policy sales - Meet targets set by foreign bank relationships - Execute sales processes efficiently to maximize business potential - Prepare and present sales illustrations to prospective clients, explaining policy details as per their requirements - Arrange required documentation and medical examinations for clients while adhering to KYC norms - Ensure minimal sales complaints and resolve them within specified timelines - Engage regularly with customers and build strong relationships - Achieve Persistence targets for timely renewals - Communicate with customers and resolve queries to ensure timely renewals Minimum Experience Level required for this role is 0 - 4 years.,
