Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and providing guidance to team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably in luxury sales).
  • Strong understanding of property sales, real estate marketing, and residential sales principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
