What you’ll do:

As a Senior Executive – Sales, you’ll work at the intersection of business development and sustainability. Your core responsibility is to build and qualify a strong lead pipeline while working closely with both channel partners and enterprise clients.

  • Research and generate leads in the

    ESG / Sustainability

    space — across national and international markets
  • Filter and qualify leads before handing them off to the broader sales and solutions team
  • Coordinate with

    channel partners

    to drive joint outreach and lead development
  • Engage directly with

    corporate clients

    in early-stage conversations and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment across functions


What makes you a fit:

  • 1–2 years of experience in

    sales or business development

    in the

    ESG / Sustainability

    domain
  • Strong research and lead-generation skills; comfortable working across multiple markets
  • Experience coordinating with partners and engaging B2B clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive
  • Bonus: Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, ESG reporting, etc.)
