Job Description

The Sr. Executive - Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales function by managing post-sales customer formalities, maintaining data hygiene across SAP, CRM. And MIS, and proactively monitoring new tenders, certifications, and compliance requirements relevant to TAK. This role also ensures proper record-keeping of sales documentation, supports branding activities, and acts as a custodian for key sales information. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and polished communication for handling external follow-ups with customers, vendors, and certification bodies.

The Job description of this position include:

1. Coordinate with customers, to close out pending documentation, compliance formalities, or follow-ups.

2. Maintain accurate and timely data updates in SAP, CRM, and MIS reports.

3. Monitor and track new tender announcements relevant to TAK, flagging opportunities to the sales team.

4. Proactively identify red flags in active opportunities and highlight them for corrective action.

5. Research and coordinate requirements for certifications or registrations that enhance TAK's eligibility in government or institutional tenders.

6. Prepare professional emails, formal documentation, and reports as required.

7. Support order processing, compliance documentation, expense reports, and record-keeping

8. Act as custodian for catalogues, product profiles, corporate presentations, GO/No-Go sheets, and other approved sales reference materials

9. Compile and consolidate MIS, sales reports, and projections for timely submission to management/HR.

10. Maintain records of sales correspondence, policies, and manuals relevant to procurement and compliance.

11. Liaise with IT/Marketing for branding activities (LinkedIn, website updates, event participation) and track media/industry consortium engagement (FICCI, CII, etc.).

12. Provide structured updates and inputs to sales managers on tenders, certifications, Compliance status, and customer follow-ups.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering.

2. 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination, presales support, or compliance/documentation roles.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent email etiquette.

4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to prepare MIS and compliance reports.

5. Familiarity with SAP/CRM systems and disciplined approach to data hygiene.

6. Ability to proactively track tenders, compliance requirements, certifications, and red flags.

7. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

8. Ability to work closely with Sales, Presales, Operations and Marketing teams.

9. Willingness to liaise with external certification bodies, customers, vendors, and industry consortiums for documentation, branding, and compliance matters.
