About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter with strong experience in executive search and leadership hiring across the GCC market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing C-suite and senior-level leaders who drive organizational success.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals, manage end-to-end search assignments, and ensure a premium candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle executive search mandates across GCC markets.

Partner with clients to define leadership requirements and develop search strategies.

Identify, approach, and engage high-caliber candidates for C-suite, VP, and Director positions.

Utilize LinkedIn, professional networks, and market mapping tools for sourcing.

Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidate fit.

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Prepare detailed search reports, candidate profiles, and market insights.

Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and GCC market developments.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruiting.

✔ Proven track record in C-suite / leadership hiring within the GCC.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Strong LinkedIn and professional network in GCC markets.

✔ Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setup.

✔ High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
