Job Description

Manage daily data entry and updates in StockOne related to production, consumption,
wastage, transfers, and finished goods.
Monitor and reconcile raw material issuance, consumption, and stock balances in
coordination with warehouse and production teams.
Track and report on daily production output, yield, and material utilization through the
system.
Maintain and update production plans, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and batch tracking in
StockOne.
Generate system-based production reports, variance analysis, and MIS as required.
Ensure timely inward and outward entries for raw materials, packaging materials, and FG
dispatches.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock and system entries in coordination with inventory
and accounts teams.
Support audits and ensure data accuracy in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
Train production operators/supervisors on basic StockOne usage for process accuracy.
