About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ASN Executive to join our dynamic Supply Chain

team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of inbound goods by accurately creating,

managing, and transmitting Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap

between logistics, warehousing, and procurement, ensuring our inventory and planning systems are

updated in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

ASN Management: Generate, review, and validate all Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) based on

supplier confirmations, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.

Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure the information within the ASN (e.g., quantity, product codes, batch

numbers, expected delivery date, carrier details) is accurate before transmission to the Warehouse

Management System (WMS).

System Coordination: Utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP, Viniculum) and

WMS to process, transmit, and reconcile ASN data.

Exception Handling: Proactively monitor inbound shipments and address discrepancies or delays

between the ASN, physical inventory, and purchase order. Escalate critical issues to the Supply Chain

Manager.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external logistics partners, freight

forwarders, and internal warehousing and procurement teams regarding ASN status and receiving

schedules.

Documentation: Maintain a complete and organized record of all ASN documentation, including proofs

of delivery and related correspondence for audit purposes.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the ASN creation and validation process to

reduce manual effort and minimize receiving errors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a

related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain role, with

direct experience handling shipping documentation and inbound processes.

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Viniculum).

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
