Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the streamlined execution of projects Provide regular updates to the program manager/stakeholders on project status and risks/issues
Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Coordinate project execution activities, which include development, implementation, testing, and training plans, and ensure the successful transition to support and maintain teams Perform risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery with quality Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Monitor resource utilization through Time Sheets
Implement changes to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance

Essential Qualifications and Education:

Minimum Bachelors degree, 6+ years work experience; work experience can be waived with higher than minimum Degree requirement met Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an added advantage
Demonstrate project management skills and ability to deliver results Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions, and implement new processes Experience with designing, analyzing and publishing periodic MIS reports and dashboards for Mgt
Strong communication and presentation skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
