Job Description

Overview:

Proc Reg Category Mgmt. Coordinator - We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end P2P process of Purchase Order (PO) creation, PO lifecycle management, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflow support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement and accounts payable processes, particularly within an SAP environment.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP or other ERP systems in compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate PO details
Monitor open POs, confirm delivery schedules, and handle any PO changes or cancellations.
Ensure timely closure of completed POs and resolution of discrepancies between POs, invoices, and goods/services received. etc.

Qualifications:

B.COM/ MBA Finance/ procurement supply chain
