Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process application forms, offer letters, and payment details within the defined TAT.

2. Coordination Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison with institutes for profile clearances, invoice processing, and student record management.
  • Conduct regular meetings with institute representatives to align processes and address data dependencies.

3. Invoicing, Financial Calculations Reporting

  • Manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy in calculations, GST, and TDS deductions.
  • Prepare and verify

    shareable ratio invoices

    in coordination with finance teams and institutes.
  • Track and manage fee collections, reconcile financial data, and ensure timely reporting of outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing, submission of MIS reports, and financial provisions.

4. Student Program Management

  • Manage student ID activation and deactivation, attendance tracking, and fee recovery processes.
  • Ensure smooth execution of program closure activities, including completion of program checklists, discount approvals, and corporate admissions support.

5. Examination Process Oversight

  • Take complete ownership of examination-related activities in coordination with institutes.
  • Ensure smooth execution of exams, compliance with institute requirements, and implementation of process improvements.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with institutes to align examination processes and address data dependencies.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and automation strategies to enhance examination efficiency.

6. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

  • Handle additional tasks as assigned, ensuring completion within agreed timelines.

Job Requirement

Desired Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in

    financial calculations, invoice management, fee collection data, and examination processes

  • Ability to

    analyze, reconcile, and report financial data

    with accuracy.
  • Experience in

    handling GST, TDS calculations, and shareable ratio invoices

  • Familiarity with

Required Skills Tools:

  • Proficiency in

    Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis)

    LMS (Learning Management Systems) and academic portals

    data management and reporting
