Senior Executive - Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Manage vendor network for packing, transport, and labour services across locations.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, ensuring compliance, documentation, and training.
• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure service quality and promote ShiftKarado branding (e.g. branded material usage).
• Negotiate and control vendor costs for packing, labour, and transport services.
• Track and manage FTL transportation costs, ensuring competitive pricing and lane optimization.
• Supervise fleet operations, including maintenance schedules, compliance, and optimal utilization.
• Monitor real-time vehicle tracking to ensure route adherence, timely deliveries, and safety.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners for seamless first-mile and last-mile operations, tracking SLAs and costs.
• Prepare operational MIS reports covering KPIs, costs, vendor performance, and deviations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements across operations.
• Resolve on-ground issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Graduate with

  3-6 years of experience

  in Operations/Logistics/Relocation industry.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with leadership potential.
