As a Front Desk Manager, your role involves managing the front desk, handling patient interactions, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: - Welcoming patients and visitors, providing information, and answering inquiries. - Assisting patients with filling out forms and gathering necessary information. - Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to ensure patient satisfaction. - Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources. - Managing patient check-in and check-out procedures. - Maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and contact details. - Ensuring confidentiality of patient information. - Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. - Performing general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. - Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. - Managing office supplies and equipment. - Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
