Nursing Incharge

• Supervision and Management:Overseeing the work of nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), assigning tasks, and ensuring proper documentation of patient care.
• Coordination of Patient Care:Ensuring that patients receive appropriate and timely nursing care, addressing their needs, and facilitating communication between healthcare professionals.
• Resource Management:Managing staff schedules, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
• Policy and Procedure Implementation:Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Staff Development:Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Performance Evaluation:Conducting performance evaluations of nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaboration:Working closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and administrators, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Emergency Management:Coordinating emergency procedures and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Compliance:Ensuring all nursing operations are compliant with state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies.

Additional Duties:

• Maintaining accurate patient records and reports.
• Addressing patient and staff concerns and complaints.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of medications and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
