Job Description
Purchase
1) Commercial Negotiations with Suppliers & Finalization
2) Release of Purchase Orders & Schedules
3) Identification of new suppliers
Sales – Co-ordination
1) Submission of offers and providing clarifications to Customers
2) Follow up for supply schedules
3) Supply forecast to Principals/ Suppliers
4) Communicating with customers for dispatches and allied matters
Inward & Outward of materials
1) Materials receipt entries
2) Materials outward and Invoicing
3) Stock Inventory
Payables
Reconciliation of payables with vendors
Vendor Payment planning and co-ordination with accounts
Qualification
A confident person with any degree with fluency in communication and having work experience of 3 years and above in the domains as above. Fluency in MS Office and adoptability moder business tools and practices is essentials. Knowledge in Tally , ZOHO or any ERP tools would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
