Depending on your experience and skill set, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta-data, and landing pages for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Support the planning and execution of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing for ROI.
- Help conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights.
- Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- E-commerce Backend Operations:

Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento stores.

Handle online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and others, ensuring optimal product listings and account health.
- Oversee product listings, inventory levels, pricing updates, and promotional activities across all platforms.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with technical enhancements.
- Implement strategies to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales across all e-commerce channels.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and operations.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews on all platforms to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Skills
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
For Senior Executive Position:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.
For Associate Executive Position:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any prior experience or internships in related fields will be considered a plus.
- Willingness to learn about e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
