Role Overview

As a Senior Executive – Ops & Influencer Relations, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with influencers while ensuring operational efficiency in campaign execution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the influencer database, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers across categories and platforms.
• Client retention, expansion of business from existing clients 
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers or their managers.
• Maintain and update influencer databases with accurate records of performance and partnerships.
• Support the operations team in campaign execution by aligning influencer deliverables with client requirements.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
• Track payments, contracts, and other operational requirements for influencers.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and suggest new strategies for influencer engagement.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer management, relations, or campaign operations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social media platforms.
