Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at JLL, you will be responsible for engaging in various business development activities. This will involve conducting research, gathering intel, networking, and cold calling to identify potential opportunities. Your role will also include setting up meetings with key decision makers to introduce JLL and understand their real estate requirements. Building and maintaining excellent client relationships is crucial, along with assessing client needs, maintaining interactions, and supporting in preparing various documents like information memorandums and pitch books. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in business development activities through research, networking, and cold calling - Set up meetings with key decision makers and initiate discussions - Build and maintain client relationships - Support transaction advisory team in executing transactions - Ensure timeliness and accuracy in client service delivery and engagement - Develop business models and projections based on market dynamics - Articulate and present reports to clients - Develop knowledge of relevant players in the industry Qualifications Required: - Self-starter with a passion for Real Estate - Strong integrity, critical thinking, and agility - Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you possess a passion for real estate, critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills, this role at JLL may be the perfect fit for you.
