Job Description

The Senior Executive Fice will be responsible for end-to-end bank reconciliation across multiple bank accountsensuring timely and accurate verification of paymentsuploads into the Fusion systemand preparation of reconciliation reports. The role also involves liaising with internal and statutory auditors and supporting process improvement initiatives within the Fice function.

  • Bank Reconciliation Payment Verification

  • Download daily MPR statementswallet reportsbank statementsand billing reports.
  • Verify receipts against billing and service provider reports.
  • Prepare and upload Fusion CE files and bank statements.
  • Reconcile matched items in Fusion; flag and coordinate resolution for unmatched/unreconciled items.
  • Month-End Reporting

  • Prepare month-end BRS reports and lead sheets for all bank accountsaligned with trial balance and bank statements.
  • Upload BRS summariesservice provider reportsand bank statements to the shared folder.
  • Audit Support

  • Provide data and reconciliation reports to internal and statutory auditors for audit closure.
  • Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reconciliation processes.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives (egLean Six Sigma).
  • Recommend best practices and support process improvement teams.

Educational qualifications/Certification (Threshold educational background required to execute the role)
B.com / BBA and MBA is added advantage
Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role)
  • 3 5 years in fice/accounts with bank reconciliation experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Fusion preferred).
  • Preparation of Reports in Excel and PPT
Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role (Functional Behavioural)
