Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jalna for a Senior Executive at Montecarlo Limited. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently. The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing infrastructure projects while maintaining quality standards and adhering to deadlines. Qualifications Project management and operational skills Experience in the construction and infrastructure sector Leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field Experience with Highways, Railways & Metro, or similar infrastructure projects is a plus Show more Show less
